Shipping Costs

We charge a fixed shipping rate at checkout. If actual shipping costs exceed this amount, we will cover the difference—you’ll never be asked to pay more than the rate shown when placing your order.

Taxes & Duties

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, please note:

• Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are included in the total at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–7 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Please note, all delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak periods or due to customs delays.

Customs clearance processes may delay some international orders. This is outside of our control, but we always provide the correct paperwork to help ensure swift clearance.

Tracking & Delivery
