Our Fall/Winter 2013 collection “The Inability of Humans to Stay Still” told the story of the nomads of early Central Asia, exploring the intimate relationship they held with their garments and the production of hand-woven fabrics. This concept was realised through the extensive use of hand-stitching techniques and fabric reconstruction methods. In the face of the rising popularity of second-grade fast fashion, our label places emphasis on traditional craftsmanship and hand-stitching techniques, to produce conceptual yet wearable garments.
"I used hand stitching in the whole collection in order to present the natural power of making clothes.
Traces of machines are not seen in the project. "
